The Great Easter Monday Manchester Treasure Hunt

Start:
02/04/2018
Cost:
£25

New Manchester Walks’s Easter Monday Treasure Hunt (City Centre trail)

Please book here with eventbrite.

Clever clues, cryptic clues, easy clues. Enthralling, engaging and entertaining.

Route: Piccadilly Gardens to the Free Trade Hall to the Bank pub through the city centre.

£25 a ticket.

Great Prizes.

This is how it works
There are 50 questions – clever clues, cryptic clues, easy clues – relating to buildings, places, plaques, people, objects, statues, things – in Manchester city centre along a designated route (which becomes apparent from the questions).

Please book with eventbrite. On Easter Monday, the day of the hunt, I e-mail the questions over to you at 7am on the morning for you to print out. You then zip into the city centre with your sheets to answer the questions.

Alright. They’re not the kind of thing you can Google at home!

You return the answers to me, Ed Glinert, or one of my agents, between 3.30 and 5pm that day in the Bank pub on Mosley Street. I then check the answers and announce the winners. Simples.

In the event of a tie there will be an e-mail play-off until we have a winner and a runner-up!

The treasure hunt works best in pairs/couples. Families welcome  what a way for the nipers to learn about the history of Manchester  but you’ll have to split the prizes if you win!
